I helped an old boy find his lotto ticket.
Located it and he got paid $101 000.00
I even mentioned to him that if I help him out,is there a cut for me.
He got the cheque and cashed it.
He is not talking about a payment for me.
Should I remind him about the cut for me or just let it go?
I helped find a guys lotto ticket. He is not talking about a reward for me. What should I do?

Oh how we humans depend our lives on a number so much so it can dictate our emotions so easily.
Surprised OP didn't just keep the ticket for himself.
Send him an email telling him you're a Nigerian Prince and if he pays you what you think he owes you, you will transfer more money into his account. Works for me every time.
"I even mentioned to him that if I help him out,is there a cut for me."- And what did he say to that?
Pretend to be a Nigerian Prince and swindle it ALL out of him. ;)
edit: should have read all the comments… beaten to the punch!

Hard enough to win anything with lotteries without having to give someone else a cut. But it might depend on the amount of time spent helping and the likelihood of him finding it without your help.
I'd let it go. Trust that you can get ample money elsewhere. This is Australia with plenty of opportunity. No need to be desperate. Different if you were in some god-forsaken third world country.
