Can I trade or give away my 66% off voucher for Van Helsing III?

I have got this voucher in my Steam account and do not need it. Can I give it away or trade (for free) to someone who uses it?
If so, how can I do that?
Any instructions greatly appreciated.

      I meant on Steam. How can I give it away? Say if I wanted to give it to you for example, how do I get it out of my Steam account?

        you can trade it just like a normal item or a steam trading card unless it says non tradable.

        add them to friends -> trade the person with the drop down arrow -> present your items/good and accept.

    Go to the steam page for your game of choice, then go to the Community Hub > Discussions. There is a subsection in steam titled Trading.
    I recommend posting there.
