I am looking to book tickets to Europe for late June to late July. Departure dates have to be between June 24th to 26th as we have need to be in London by June 28th and departure dates are from the 30th to 31st of July or August 1st .I know I have missed all the early bird specials but just looking for the best price at this moment.

Wow your departure dates are very similar to the ones I booked for myself and my family a couple of weeks back.
Luckily we snagged some of the last Thai airways seats (The airline also gives free stopover accommodation at AETAS Bangkok!) before we were stuck with Philippine airlines, Malaysia airlines and the like.
Quick note I don't think there is ever any price specials for that time of the year, just better airlines (the sooner you choose), its the busiest travelling season as you probably know…
