Instead of telling us to ask you, I think you should take the time to write up a proper post about what exactly you're looking for like what's important to you in a bank and if there's any features that you must have or any costs that you don't require or don't want to pay, etc.
Only then will other readers be able to throw out some useful suggestions.
Your question in its current form is similar to asking - what's the best colour in the world?

It really depends what you want to get from said bank? Do you need EFTPOS facilities (If so what is your expected turn over), financial advice/insight, online wages facilities etc.

Bankwest has free business bank accounts.
BOQ were/are $10/month for unlimited everything, best I'd seen.
