    Looks like the business has been registered a while….but like you say….few reviews

    I took the plunge anyhow and ordered a camera (panasonic dmc fz35)….cheapest I'd been able to find ($357 delivered…..obviously grey, but a claimed 12 month warranty….which is the same as the 'normal' panasonic warranty….hopefully will not need to test it out.)…

    So far so good….I sent an enquiry e-mail this arvo and got a reply within an hour or so. Placed the order this evening, then got a call on my home phone confirming order and delivery details…also gave me an estimate on delivery.

    So I'm happy thus far….will update as things go on………

    please update it, I would really like to know cause Im in the same situation. I'm unsure whether I should buy it from them knowing they havent got phone numbers. I'm intersted with buying the same camera so, please keep me posted! - Thanks heaps

    update….

    ordered on the night of the 7th
    email last night (9th) to say order is 'in transit'
    Fedex tracking number given and estimated delivery date of 14th

    This is my first time shopping here. I am also buying a camera (panasonic LUMIX DMC-GF1).
    You create an account and status of your order can be seen in your account. Mine is currently at:

    08/04/2010 Pending GOOD ORDER
    11/04/2010 Pending DZ ORDER
    12/04/2010 Pending Payment Received 12/04/2010

    I made the order on the 8th, Direct deposit on the Fri 9th and payment received today (Mon 12th). Probably will take a couple of days to dispatch from overseas, and will take 3-5 to arrive.

    Im hoping this will be a trouble-free purchase.

    I suspect this will be delivered to buymart first, not direct to me, as……

    For all of our imported products, it is important for us to check the contents inside the packaging to ensure their quality, and that the right accessories are included including a power adaptor that meets Australian standard.

    and, since yesterday, sitting in my post office waiting for me to pick up at lunchtime.

    Been a very good experience so far….hopefully no warranty issues (don't want to test that bit of the company)
    Would recommend based on my experience

    yup my package arrived this morning. i'll agree with the above comment it has been a good experience. there support was great also, answered all my queries.

    was a little surprised it took a week from ordering to receiving my item. I was expecting it to arrive next week.

    now I have a nice new camera to play with =)

      Did you get a tax invoice receipt? I'm asking because I would like to get a camera for my next overseas trip and claim TRS.

    I have just bought a Sony Ax33, double lens kit. I emailed them first to see if it was available, they told me it was. I ordered it on the 3rd Dec 2010 and it arrived on my door step on the 9th Dec 2010. All there, all working. Fantastic, excellent service from beginning to end and so much cheaper. I will buy from them again. Well done!

    I've just attempted to purchase a Cannon S95 from them and have recieved an email asking me to provide identification i.e a copy of my credit card, statements and utility bills.
    was anyone else asked to provide these things?
    Sensing something a bit suss!

    I purchased my Google Nexus One phone prior to Christmas last year, I purchased just a few days before their cut off date for guaranteeing arrival by Christmas and they shipped my phone from Hong Kong via FedEx.

    No complaints from me whatsoever, the phone arrived speedily all brand new with all the specified accessories, including a USB charger and although the power point charger was European it came with a Euro to Aus power point adapter.

    The phone is still working great to this day!

    Hi Guy,
    I ordered a Nikon D700 & was told they were out of stock. The next day the camera was on their site for several hundred dollars more & they was again told for the next week "Nil Stock". Looked like they didn't want to supply the camera at the original advertised price. Ended up getting a refund. Fun thing was, I was able to pick the same camera up from several other sellers at the higher price.

    You make up your own mind but I doubt that I will ever use them again.
