How to Enter:

• To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period purchase any Rockstar product including:
  -Rockstar Guava Punched
  -Rockstar Original
  -Rockstar Fruit Punch
  -Rockstar Tropical Fruit Zero Sugar
  -Rockstar XDurance Berry
  -Rockstar Sours Bubbleberry, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple -Rockstar Guava 4 x 500mL multi pack
  -Rockstar Ginger Beer
  from any participating retailer nationally (“Eligible Products”). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating retailer will be any retailer displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.

• To enter: take an original photo or video of you that ‘shows us your taste of Hawaii’, featuring the Rockstar can in the photo/video.

• Entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, either:
  

  • Upload publicly the photograph or video to Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account(s) accompanied by the hashtag: #ALOHAROCKSTAR; & like or follow Rockstar Australia (@Rockstarenergyau), OR
  • Visit www.aloharockstar.com.au and follow the prompts to enter the requested details and upload the photograph or video.

• If a social media platform is used to enter, the entrant must ensure that settings on their account and/or post featuring the photograph or video are configured such that the entry photograph or video is publicly viewable and the entrant must follow or “like” the Rockstar Australia account on the social media platform used.

• All entries are deemed received at the time of being submitted across all platforms. Entries received after 11:59pm will count for judging the next day.
• Entrants may enter more than once with a maximum of two (2) entries per person/ per day, provided that a different photograph is submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
• Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and original product barcode(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that a Rockstar product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

Daily Prizes
There will be 63 daily winners in total.
Daily Prizes consist of the following: 12x Rockstar long skate boards valued at $299RRP, 12 x Rockstar surfboards valued at $799RRP, 12 x Rockstar BMX bikes valued at $599RRP & 27 x Rockstar mech packs (inc tshirt, cap, case of Rockstar & stickers) valued at $128RRP

Total Daily Prize Pool is valued at up to $23820 RRP.

All prizes will be delivered by no later than 31st May 2016 to the delivery address confirmed by the winner.

Major Prizes
The six (6) Major Prize winners will win a trip for two (2) people to Hawaii valued at up to $10,500. The holiday package includes:
-Return economy class airfares for 2 winners from winners nearest Australian Capital city to Honolulu
-All airline and airport taxes
-4 nights 4* accommodation in Waikiki, twin share room

Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all other costs including meals, additional spending money, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, valid passports, Visas, vaccinations, transport to and from the departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, telephone calls, in-room charges, ‘Young driver fee’ for drivers under 25yrs, any costs or charges consequential to the trip, and all other ancillary costs incurred by the winner and his/her nominated traveling companions are the responsibility of winner and are not included in the Prize.

The total Major Prize pool is valued at $63,000 (GST inclusive). Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any part of the Major Prize.

The Total Prize Pool value is up to AU$87,158.
