I know it doesn't say free ship in the website but it's in their FB page. You will most probably get charged $10 for delivery fee. FB page said ring up their CS tomorrow and they will refund the delivery fee.

I agree, but to single out Best and Less is a little off the mark, it is all retailers.
We all love bargains, that's why we are here, but we demand to know the conditions of the chickens that lay our eggs while having no visibility of how people are treated that make our clothes.

Same here. Tried on phone and PC but won't go through. I would bet there would be alot of cancellations for those that did get through, especially the -$6 items! Shame, as i do actually need to buy this stuff.

I would reckon most likely there is no discount on any of the items, and it's just free shipping.

They have subtracted $10 from the price of everything. Even things that cost less than $10 to begin with, resulting in a negative price; I doubt they will honour that mistake.

If you hit apply code to the empty promo box, the cart corrects itself and removes he $10 discount on each item, bringing everything back to the positive.
Any orders made before probably wouldnt be honored due to website malfunction.

Here's how it seems to work. The negative prices seem to be valid, but the shopping cart will only give you a shipping option (which you need to complete the order) if the SUBTOTAL is greater than zero. Once it is greater than zero, you then have to pay the ORDER TOTAL, which is the sum of all the items with a positive price PLUS $10 shipping. So the SUBTOTAL is irrelevant other than you have to get it above zero - it's quite a clever way of doing it actually!

Thing is if you ordered 1-2 pieces per type you might get it.
By doing this, you just increased the chance of them not honouring it.

Anyone had cancellations or anything? I spent $82!! (Really needed some stuff)…. but also had some of the "free" items….. Do I call them to have the $10 shipping removed? They might just say "oh all this other stuff is not included in your order, we have to charge you for it, or remove it"??? Or do I wait for something from them, and then get the $10 back? Aaaahhhh… I don't know…
