I've never been a sunglass user but unfortunately I recently lost one eye and need a pair of sunglasses that are dark enough to hide the damage but light enough so if I want to use them inside I can see clearly. I don't want to take a chance on cheap no-name sunglasses that claim to have UV protection but who knows.
Keeping my one good eye in good shape is a priority.
I have basic private health cover as well (HBA) so if that can help keep the price down thats a bonus.
I've never had to wear glasses of any kind so this is all new to me.
Thanks.
Quality Sunglasses for a reasonable price

Came here to say this. Polarised, pretty good quality and the profit goes to a good cause :)
I concur, I use them in a pretty rugged fashion and they withstand plenty of abuse FYI compared to my Ray Bans or Oakleys!
Just get a pair of Ray Bans.
I think you missed the "reasonable price" part…
Ray Bans are reasonably priced, I got my last pair of Aviators for $140 I think.
Cancer council ones are reasonably priced. Around $50 and they are polarised.
