These cables are seriously egg-cellent. I've ordered several times and was blown away with the quality.
I just ordered more from these guys this morning and realized that they are 21% off this Tuesday!
They are already a steal at the current price, so this is a definite bargain!!

Available in 1m or 1.5m lengths in black, silver or gold.

Enjoy :)

ordered (this seller KALUOS Factory Store) 22 FEB, still waiting…………

  • don't forget cashrewards and what not

i seem to hava $2 off $18 spend coupon.. got any other suggestions? or should i just buy like 9 of these damn cables

  • +1

Absolutely agree with OP's comment about the quality of this product. Got two couple of months ago and they are fantastic…

  • +5

I bought 3 of these and they arrived about 2 weeks ago.
Definitely not MFI certified, they are hit and miss with both my iPhone 6s (iOs 9) and my iPad 3 (iOs 7).
Sometimes i get the 'this cable is not certified' message, though curiously it is mainly with the iPad.
Note that this is just straight into wall USB charger, haven't tried connecting to PC.

Also they seem to be very slow charging, even when compared to other $1 eBay cables.
I would lump these in the same arena as all the other cheap chinese ones around eBay and such, albiet a little 'sturdier' with fabric sheathing.

    ATTENTION

Now that I hopefully have you attention just wanted to let everyone know that I don't believe these are actually MFI certified as I purchased one from this previous deal. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/235711

My device is an IPhone 5s running iOS 8.4

Also note it does charge it though but slower and have had a few issues with this notification had to unplug it a few times to get it to charge.

Can somebody please recommend me a great quality cable that doesn't have issues, I have heard good things about blitz wolf anyone can recommend?

    Thanks

You are right. I bit the bullet and bought blitzwolf cables for my s6. Quality android and genuine apple mfi certified cables. I liked them so much I only sell blitzwolf cables on ebay. Yes expensive I know but you get them in a few days and not have to wait weeks from China.

    • +1

I have two different(plain white and red cloth sleeved) Blitzwolf cables both charge at 1A(0.96A) max out the Apple Iphone 6 charger could do. They are bloody good cables.

  • Honestly can't believe the people kicking up such a fuss over a $2.50 cable…

  • -1

Not MFi, and per other users inconsistent quality… Better off paying a bit more for a cable that will work.

  • Price is showing as $3.93 (2M) and $2.98 (1.5M), have they bumped up the price?

    • From 29 Mar Tomorrow

      • ok.. thanks.. missed that part..

If 29th Mar US time, then basically Wednesday ?

          Don't hold me on this.

Looks like it will start around 5.00pm on Tuesday according to the count down clock on the main page, as still another 20hours + when I just checked.

Tried to get free coupons via app as per banner but looks like any useful coupons are out of stock already.

  • I keep getting "This product can't be shipped to the selected region." before payment
Standard metro Victoria address… tried the office address too.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Cheers

    • Sale hasn't started yet.

Try PC if using iPad?! Not sure which shopping website, some are hopeless with iOS.

Waited two days for this deal. Ended up not getting any after considering all the comments:
    1. ? not MFI
    2. $2.66 for 1m, $3.2x for 1.5m
    3. 60-90 days delivery
    4. no PayPal
    5. Offer coupons everywhere on website, every run out or conditions ++. typical o/s marketing bs - which personally prefer honesty.
End up getting a few on eBay. 3 for $11.xx, 5 for $17.xx. comments look good at present. I stand corrected and will know when goods arrive in few days time.

Do share if you have better suggestion.

Neg without comments is for the coward which I personally try to avoid.

Ended up not getting any after considering all the comments:

I have purchased these KALUOS so called MFi certified cables in the past. (Just found a couple of them while having a clean up. Which reminded me about them.)

They seemed good quality as far as cables go. I purchased both Gold and Silver varieties. However, they failed after a hardware upgrade (iPhone 6) and firmware update.

End up getting a few on eBay

There are 73 Neutral and Negative feedbacks saying that those cables are not MFi certified, and that they soon failed.

      • interesting. will find out soon MFI or not, do not expect as reading articles that certification alone will cost few dollars. so theoretically no cable under $7 is a real deal.
So confused, as you see all that positive feedback as well.

  • So these are only available via the app now?

    • yes for that price.

    • +1

So these are only available via the app now?

      Catch-22

You need the cable to charge the phone to open the app to buy the cable

  • +2

Well I thought I'd post back after finally receiving the two cables I ordered.
neither work no charge, no sync. nuthin'

so a big NEG YOU to the 19 of you who neg'd me on the front page :-P

    • +3

Same here. I got my cables the other day and they don't charge or pass data. I opened a dispute and hopefully I'll get a refund.

I wonder what PR0r's response will be when countless users report DOA cables?
Too bad he's disabled his 'start a conversation' option.

I bought a cable for a friend of mine; received it today and will try it on her SE tomorrow (and report back). Not confident.

    • I haven't disabled anything? It's disappointing that it's arrived broken for you. My order of 3 cables arrived today, I haven't opened to try them yet but fingers crossed after the bad feedback so far.
Quick update, my 3 cables all charge perfectly fine.

      • Never said it was broken for me, but others have reported faulty cables.

Theres no 'start a conversation' button on your profile; thought you might've disabled.

I actually just tried the cable on an SE, 5s and 6s and it worked!

The one I bought is the silver version.

Thanks OP - Best of luck to the refund seekers.

Happy it's worked out for you. Keep us updated if you ever run into troubles though.
