Big W have a generic one at that price too.
wow a lot of upvotes. Thanks.
i doubt a $10 toaster would be the last toaster you will buy….
We bought a Breville BTA425 on the basis of Choice report. We bought it just over two years ago for about $45.
It has been good. even toasting, consistent darkness.
Thanks. Will consider.
Target and Kmart have toasters for $7.50. Hop to it!
I bought a $35 breville one 6-7 years ago. Still going strong. I'd buy Breville again.
I bought stainless steel Chinese noname toaster from "The warehouse" in Adelaide 10 years ago for about $10, still going strong, if it goes I would buy target one. These days there is no point investing in big brands as quality is different now. I have Breville kettle bought 10 years ago and it is still usable but plastic is looking funny and as I wanted to replace it I had few big brands kettles and all of them failed within 3-18 months. So old Breville is good, new - not. Just my 2 cents.
