Woolies Rainchecks and Reward Dollars

Hi everyone, a while back Woolies had fish oil capsules half price at $14.99, so I did the Ozbargain thing and ended up with 3 rainchecks for 4 bottles on each. Now at the moment they are selling for $29.99 with $10.49 reward dollars.

So I was wondering if I bought them on the raincheck would I still get the dollars? Short answer is YES.

I have redeemed 2 of the rainchecks for a total of $83.92 reward dollars. So in reality I paid $4.50 for each bottle of capsules.
I just thought I would put it out there in case anybody else was wondering.

I has a similar situation recently, i got the WW dollars on something i had a rain check on.
the following month the dollars were adjusted off… the adjustment note stated.. removed as dollars not valid at time of rain check.

Just be aware, and i had used my dollars so my account went negative.

Ah - good to know! Was about to say this is awesome…

edit: Actually you know what.. can you just close your account and open a new one? Hahahaha

  • I will not be surprised if they take them back but it will take a long to for me to get back to positive territory as i don't seem to buy much stuff with the orange tag

  • That's interesting. I had one of those 'spend $40 get $10 Woolworths' offers last week and spent $41. Have already spent the bonus dollars. My qualifying spend included some frozen yoghurt which I wish to return as it has a strong chemical taste and is inedible. Will I lose the $10 if I return it?
