        @jv: The one in Maribyrnong Vic just looked it up on their site and applied the discount. I didn't have to ask - they offered. I initiated it by said something like: "Isn't it 20% off on your website?"

      I think this 20% off was available online 2days ago.
      I used the coupon to group up.
      Duno why not working… mayb stopped?

  I brought a lot of wellness cat food from their previous site wide 20%off deal, my order took 4 weeks to arrive.
  Some of the wellness cat dry food were already expired upon arrival, some other dry food expires in 2 months.
  Called customer service and they wouldn't offer courier pick up but want me to take it in store myself.

  Ive been ordering from them for a long time, brought some more popular brands from them and those were okay
  Anyway, expect longer delivery time & also you may want to avoid buying certain brand from them

  Am I correct in thinking that the $10 loyalty voucher I have earned with Petbarn can only be used on an order that is $10 or less? I cannot use it to get $10 off a $70 purchase?

  At the choose payment part of the checkout if I select 'Pay With Your Loyalty Vouchers' it says 'Error in access your balance' when I click Check Your Voucher Balance and 'you do not have a loyalty account, please use another payment method' when I try select Next.
