Anybody ordered from Shock Records? There service is just as bad as the BBC shop sale. Still advertising stuff they now say not available.
I placed an order on the 12th March for 10 blu-ray. Didn't hear anything from them for a week. So emailed them last night to find out about my order. Got a reply at 3.47am this morning saying they have cancelled my order. Even though the web site still lists all the items as in stock.
