The model is Haier HCF208WH-2. This appears to be the newer model. There has been a HCF208WH with a lower energy rating before.

I like the wider chest freezer they sell for about $800. Could fit 3 bodies easily
I got one at Masters a month ago for $275 (on special.. reduced from 299.95)
I notice they not on the masters website anymore… but yeah.. price seems standard.

Except you get life time warranty as long as you keep on renewing your membership every year.
Costco Australia has not done Lifetime warranty on electronics (TV, Washing machines etc) for over a year now.
Really? I didn't realise it had changed.
Spoke to them about this last week and was told it's 5 years. TVs are included.

I did wonder why someone would want (or need) to freeze chest hair.
Would not recommend this chest freezer. Frost build up in 1 month due to the poor seal on the lid. Frost build upward literally push the lid open. I had it replaced by under warranty but still the same.
I am on my second one now.. the other unit which I still have I had had for over 4 years and it has never failed me once.

That sounds like air was getting in all the time - maybe a broken seal or mis-aligned door
How do you get the Costco catalgoue? haven't seen an email from them this year.
