I've always thought about using it but never really thought about why when I can google most of the queries I would ask them..
I suppose it would be helpful if you were travelling overseas…
Anyone have any ideas/uses?
I used it to make a specific restaurant booking for a recent trip to Japan, as it was difficult to do without speaking Japanese. I called them up, said what I wanted and 24hrs later I had a confirmation email that it was booked, address details etc. They had a Japanese speaking consultant who did it no probs.
I'm going to use this more on future trips for this sort of thing. I know Hotel concierges can do this, but you dont have one when you AirBNB!

You are in Brisbane it can be done but you have to tip well and they will recommend the in house menu. This only works in a poor asian country like vietnam, thailand etc or if you own the hotel
