    AVOID like the plague!

    They do NOT honour legally binding legislation in regards to returns and refunds.
    Their staff are incompetent at best, out and out rude and arrogant at worse and management in store and at corporate level are no better!

    This has NO REFLECTION upon the integrity of the deal poster, who I've no issue with :)

      Platypus is by far has the worst customer service in shoe retail I've ever seen. There would be like 5-6 staff members in the Garden City, Brisbane store chatting away, deciding/dancing on music. All while there are like 10 customers walking around aimlessly. Purposely walked passed two staff to see whether I got any attention or greetings at least - but nothing.
