Air Purifier / Filter

Hello All.

I live in a self contained cabin that was built in the late 1980's - It has a strange smell to it, pretty consistent will go away if i air the house out for ~4 hours a day it will go away until the next morning (when it's hot again)

I was looking to purchase this, does anyone else have an opinion on what would be a better alternative / if this is a decent air purifier?

    check for rising damp or water leaks.

      No water leaks or anything of that nature - have had it checked out :/ it's only after hot days / locked up all day it smells strange.

    That is probably a good choice. Anything with a HEPA + Carbon filter should do the trick. You could also look at getting some indoor plants which also filter the air.
