Just noticed that CashRewards have increased the Groupon cashback from 5% to 8%.

After discussion and looking at our backend data, the rate change happened on 12 March and doesn't look like a limited time offer. As such, this will be moved to forums.
Hi moocher. fyi this was increased on Friday the 11th, and will revert to the old rate at 11:59pm on the18th of March. It was a negotiated one week increase courtesy of Groupon.
We have kept the cashback history of both Cashwards and your competitors (i.e. same rate over the last 30 days) to determine that this change might not be a temporary bonus.

@tightarse: I am not doubting you. I was replying your response to moocher and the reason why we have determined that it's a rate change rather than a bonus.
Edit: Let me rephrase it. Moderators were discussing this offer to determine whether it's a rate change or a bonus. We keep historical data from all cashback sites, and then we do a comparison between Cashrewards vs others. The old rate from Cashrewards was 5% across the board vs. categorised rates from the competitors (which have been the same over the last month), the moderators have determined that it's a rate change.
Any deals worthwhile mentioning?
