Anyone Know When KFC Xpress Will Be Coming to Brisbane?

Yes, I know qld stores are owned by CollinsFG, but the app went live over 2 years ago now in tasmania, and I constanly see deals only available through the app. It also appears that most of the negative reviews on the Play store are from people like myself who cant use the app. It says that every week more stores will come online, but really how long will it take.
