There seem to be a lot of specific negative reviews like things getting stuck in the neck etc.
I have one and it's pretty good. Deals with the dog's hair pretty well. The single ball thing is much better than the old two-wheel models.

Actually just find out Binglee is free delivery. If you don't want to pay the good guys postage you can choose to pick up at a store. It's up to up which one you prefer.
I did pick up, it makes warranty so much easier if you can drive to it.

Has anyone used DC54 allergy and can comment on if that is better compared to this one?
I prefer a motorised head compared to standard.
Productreview has lot of negatives for dc54 model some how.
