    ah dammit. i got two long shorts from linebreak 2 weeks ago, tried them on, pretty good, but haven't worn them on the ice yet. Could have saved $15, bah. super fast shipping though, paid friday, got them monday.

    Awesome! Read some good reviews on it and ordered a t-shirt and a pair of long tights, it adds up to $100 which I think is a very good deal after knowing the price of these tights in stores. Hope I will get it on Thursday…

    do you guys wear them during or after training?

    do you use them for cardio or strength training?

    there are a lot of articles on compression wear, some conflicting, as to whether they do anything

    You wear them during and after.

    Before- increased blood flow for quicker recovery.During reduces muscle damage, regulates body temperature and increases co-ordination.

    After - increased blood flow for quicker recovery.

    I have never heard anyone complain about compression after it has been purchased.
    It is one of those things where you shoud just bite the bullet and spend the money.
