Ideal travel date between 28 Dec to 3 Jan
Travel and flight budget of $4k to $6k for two adults
Travel from Perth
No to Bali Singapore Hong Kong NZ (been their done that)
A) Best site to book travel and accommodation together ?
B) Any suggestions on trips from Perth?

For how long do you want to travel? Is there anywhere you really really want to go? Do you want to go overseas or stay in Australia?

You've done a lot of the close by overseas locations, if you can be away for 9 days then you could head to the US… You wouldn't want to be flying for more than 9 hours to go overseas for 4-5 days.
So that would be my advice get some more time off and/or save some more and go to Europe or the US for 2 weeks.
Either that or explore Australia.
I think it's do-able, though it might feel a bit rushed. Also, the experience of New Years Eve in NYC alone is worth it I think.
