You get it the usual way:

Click on the "Claim Giveaway" button
Log in to your IG account and enter captcha
Link your Steam account
Claim the game (click on "Claim free copy")
Enter captcha again if necessary
Get the Steam key from your IG account/profile
Redeem the Steam key
