Telstra Prepaid - Can you change from Freedom Plus (if you have used nothing) to Long Life and back in the future?

Hi all,

As per title.

I think I'm about 5 days into Freedom Plus, have used literally nothing (none of the buckets) so I'm thinking of changing to Long Life just to extend it a bit longer, and then change back to Freedom Plus in the future.
Anyone know if this is possible?

    Even though you can change to long life, but your recharge credit still remains at 30 days from the initial activation unless you recharge, which defeats your purpose because you will lose access to all the bonuses freedom+ offers
