99% of the time, yes. Prescription and over the counter, they're basically unbeatable on price.

Most of the time, yes, but the wait time is a killer.
Try price matching their price at your local pharmacy.

  Get the generic brand (if its available) will save you some more coin.
  The Terry White near me price matched them and it was quick.

So I popped into Chemist Warehouse today. Gave a young lady the prescription and her eyes popped out of her head when she brought it up on the computer. Obviously she doesn't see too many Private Prescriptions in her working day. The pharmacist who handed over the medicine was kind of apologetic.

Not bitching because the benefit will far outweigh the cost but it certainly makes you appreciate the PBS.
