    OP just to confirm the bags it comes in aren't resealable? ("250g Empty valve resealable bags are available for $1 each")

      Good question, thanks I have added 'additional' to the desciption.

      The bags are all resealable and have a valve. The additional bag option is there just in case people want to break it down themselves into smaller bags or share the coffees with friends or family :-)

          @grunge: i cant tell from that if wet or dry is better for taste, sounds like wet is environmentally unfriendly in comparison and risks acidity due to fermentation

          whereas i assume dry would retain alot of flavours from the flesh before its hulled? since its not washed away first, but dried and concentrated against the seed?

          To be honest at that level you're splitting hairs.
          I personaly get washed for my bulletproof coffee, although these days I do drink it black.
