$10 Cashback on Thermoskin Products Purchased in-Store (Not Online) [Available to First 1,000]

Between 1st March 2016 and 17th May 2016, Thermoskin® is offering the first 1,000 customers who purchase any Thermoskin® product in store, the opportunity to claim a $10 (GST inclu) Cash Back issued in the form of an EFTPOS Card.

How to claim
To claim, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Purchase any Thermoskin (Elastic support, Thermal support, Sport support, Healthcare support or Walk-On support) product during the Promotion Period from a retail pharmacy store only.
  Thermoskin products purchased from an online store do not qualify for the Promotion.

• Claimants must fully complete the online claim form and upload a photograph or scanned proof of receipt. The first 1,000 approved claims will receive a $10 (GST inclu) Cash Back EFTPOS Card.

Online claim forms must be received prior to midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on 17th May 2016.
Purchases must be made within the promotional period.
Not valid for online purchases.
Limit 1 claim per customer.
