I am travelling to India and I have been offered to travel either via Thai or Malaysian Airline
Which airline is better in terms of Business class travel?
Anything I should consider while travelling?

safety rate?
Both as safe as each other. No issues with safety procedures for either airline.
except 2 big accident happened last year whereas thai didnt have
^ this
Malaysian Airline are slightly more 'premium' in my opinion.
Thai gets a vote from me. They use their new 787s on that route.
I'm guessing Singapore is too expensive?
Work trip so I have been given only two options lol
Fair enough. I'd choose Thai personally as they do run their new 787s on the Melbourne to Bangkok route(and I'd be specifically request a flight on the 787) so business on that route would be pretty good.
There is nothing wrong with Malaysian Airlines it was just the 2 incidents were in the same year only a few months apart which has pretty much destroyed their otherwise clean record.
here is a Malaysian Airlines Review
and here is a Thai Airways Review
If you have a current One World or Star alliance account and you'll be credited the points then that might be a reason to choose one or the other if you wish to maintain a status with one alliance.
Thanks, will book with Thai Airways
Somehow I do not think getting shot down with rockets can be called an incident where the actual Airline was held to blame, whether off course or not, or over a no fly zone.
It was flying perfectly safely until it sort of was destroyed in mid air by them darn Russkies.
Loosing one mid ocean, well that is a mystery still, but it was only one….right?
Still safer than driving a Holden Cruze down the Hwy, and the hosties are a darn sight hotter.
I have flown both a few time whilst living in steamy wonderful Asia, not business tho.
I would absolutely fly both again without any hesitation, choosing by flight availability to suit us. Malaysia and Thai airlines really have only two distinct differences, their language and aircraft logo. Everything else is similar and all good.

I 100% agree it wasn't really their fault although other airlines had re-routed around that area for safety reasons.
Who knows wtf happened to flight 447. I don't think we'll ever know even if Malaysian authorities find out.
