Long time lurker, first time poster. I am at my wit's end. I am obsessed with Yukimi Daifuku, vanilla flavour. Since perhaps 5 years ago, I couldn't find them anywhere in the Sydney area. Ocassionally, I manage to find strawberry or chocolate flavour, but not the vanilla flavour. If anyone manage to find anywhere that sell the vanilla flavour, please please please let me know.
daifukus are quite nice. I only managed to try the cookies and cream. Never knew people sell it here
I've found them in Chinese grocery shops. Last time i bought it from New Yen Yen at Top Ryde and have seen it at New Yen Yen in Eastwood too.
There is also a Japanese grocery store at the back of Town Hall Woolworths.

It's just mochi, with filling in it. Yukimi daifuku is the ice-cream variety.
Maruyu Japanese Supermarket at 537 Kent St, Sydney also stock it too.
