Picked up mine for $10 because it came without the cable (I have a few already). Mine came with the driver software.
Now what do? Gunna take me some time to set this shit up. I also need a new TV antenna. DSE is about to cop another visit.
Hi All - thanks for the post, received mine last week with drivers and all but unfortunately had problems setting it up. Am I the only one? Connected the playtv to my ps3 (with antennae as well), ran the setup (chose other) but it didn't find any channels :(. Anytime I run it, it runs the setup again scanning for channels, and doesn't find anything or progress further.
I am in Sydney, and have no problems getting free to air through this antennae usually. Some googling mentions that I need to do an update, as I am running V1.0 of the software, but to do an update I need to have found some channels.
Any ideas or suggestions as I would really like to get this working. Not sure if I have a dodgy unit…..
Maybe try testing it on PC?
