However this competition is licensed in NSW under our license LTPM/16/00215 to undertake such competitions. The guidance from the Department is you have to state the full retail price, hence we comply with the law.

HI all,

Thanks for the feedback and sorry a couple of people have had issues. We're getting plenty of entries through - thank you all for entering - our tech person has just double checked the process - it appears working fine

  You'll have to explain the procedure then.
  
  I go to the page: https://www.brandsnow.com.au/pages/competition
  
  On the right near the top I click on "Enter to Win"
  
  I enter my e-mail address.
  
  I click on submit.
  
  Absolutely nothing happens.
  
  Again, just did it on Chrome and Edge. What is supposed to happen? I'm not making this up - I enter competitions EVERY DAY but I can't seem to enter yours and I'm not the only one. Unless asliwo is also making this up?
  
  What part of the procedure am I messing up?

I'm certainly not accusing you or anyone of making this up and we'd love you to enter the competition. I also really appreciate you taking the time to feed back to us on this issue

Our tech people are working on this again to try and replicate your issue then resolve. I'll post again when I get feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update - we've rebuilt the page yesterday. You press enter now and a pop up appears - after putting the email address in, press "Enter to Win" and the pop up will disappear.

You'll then get a confirmation of email link and you've entered.
