It's a part of the new fitness range in the most recent catalog. Unable to find the direct link, but the quality is pretty decent. I can't wear the larger style belts and I find that this is sitting quite nicely.

Don't bulge anymore discs gym-brahs. This ones for you.

  • I wouldn't use this thing for lifting, Proper belts cost over 100 dollars for lifting.

    • I squat. L4/L5/S1 disc herniation. Total hip reconstruction done 6 months ago. I'll let you know if I need another surgery.

  • Also seen this arvo for $3 at Tea Tree Plaza in SA.
About a dozen or so in stock.

  • I use a similar one as a strop for knife sharpening

  • Kmart Booragoon too, lots in stock, cosplay accessories at best

  • The finishing on these belts is horrendous. Had to look through half a dozen just to find one with mostly even stitches.

Having owned a velcro-style belt before (which was so much more comfortable) this belt is pretty god darn awkward. I'm not even that slim and this belt gets seriously difficult to tighten and keep in place. Does seem to enable more pressure in the abdominal area during lifts (deads mostly). And I did feel more stable during my set.

For the price its good value if you moving into more intermediate weights. But I would not suggest this belt if you are new to lifting, it is better to start slowly and build the stabilizing muscles than to rely on external supports.

I might wear this occasionally for deads, maybe OHP's…
