50 lap memory recall means it can store up to 50 lap times and the 2 interval timer means you can set it so For example if you wish to run for 60 seconds with a 90 second recovery break and do it over and over, you could set int 1 to 60secs (it will sound once time up) and int 2 to 90secs (again sound when time up), with the “repeat at end” option.

If i set the repeat after the first interval would it go like this?
60s(beep)90s(beep)then with the repeat 60s after(beep)90s(beep)
Would love one of these that had a built in heart rate monitor for this price

and u know when each 1km location is
u can press a button to know what the section (lap) interval time is

guess u can run two clocks and set interval timers for both
not sure if that 60 sec - 90 sec - 60 sec is possible
most timer watches can do one or the other
might need a specfic gym/training watch
It is very hard to find good casio/timex watches in australia. Look at casio/amazon sites for their ranges. From 10 to 20 us$ very good watches there - all the casio i saw in australia are 100$ or above only !.

What does these 2 mean?
I want a watch that will beep after say 60 seconds then been 90 seconds after that then back to 60 seconds. Will this watch be able to do that?
