Cotton/polyester blend, so definitely not that flash.
Sheet will feel like a shit!
I bought some before. Not good. Not only not smooth and nice, edges frayed pretty quickly.
These sheets are gonna feel more like tarps!
$35 for a set of sheets isn't bad value but you get what you pay for. High thread count with the cotton/poly blend will tend not to breathe very well and I wouldn't buy them I'd you live in a hot climate. Also be wary of the 40cm wall as they will be only suitable for a mattress that is approx 35-38cm or lower.
any recommendations for decent king sheets then that don't break the bank?
Bamboo sheets are my new favorite splurge item.. I know adairs sell them, and they pop up on sale occasionally for about $70 a set
Target ones aren't too bad. They seem to have a 50% off sale every few months.
Thread count is not a standardised measure, and high numbers are commonly used to sell average/crappy sheets.
Why high thread count doesn't actually mean a lot: https://authenticity50.com/blogs/news/81088580-thread-count-…
