I am just wondering if there is any American Express card that would be feasible to get as a university student and doesn't have any annual income requirements. I only want it to take advantage of all those Amex credit offers that keep getting posted on ozbargain. Thanks
Not necessarily. You can get credit cards that are specifically targeted at students. I had a commonwealth one, that gave me points with no annual fee. All i had to do was to show my student ID every year and the annual fee that would have applied was waived by CBA.
Have a talk to banks and see if any of the do something similar - worth a shot.
You can only ask someone close to you like your parents to have one supplement card.
Need residency for many cards too. Pretty sure Amex is one of them.
I don't think you can get any kind of credit card without an income.
