Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland aged 18 years or over who join the EMPORIA VIP Luxury Club (Entrant). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, and are ineligible to enter.

Prize Details
The prize is a Gift Voucher for an “Experience” or “Experiences” from RedBalloon Pty Ltd ABN 13 097 376 442 (RedBalloon) to the value of AUD$1500 including GST (Prize). Descriptions of the potential “Experiences” are available on the RedBalloon Website at https://www.redballoon.com.au/. The winner may choose any Experience or Experiences available with RedBalloon in Australia up to the value of AUD$1500 inc GST. The prize value will not exceed this amount. The winner will be awarded a RedBalloon Gift Voucher to the exact value of AUD$1500 inc GST. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and there is no cash refund of any difference between the value of the Experience chosen, and the limit of $1500 inc GST. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Redballoon Gift Voucher and agrees that theywill not make any claim whatsoever against the Promoter relating to or in connection with the Gift Voucher or its redemption, or the Experience.

Competition Period
The Competition commences AEDT 9:00:00 AM on 26th October 2015 and ends AEDT 12:59:59 PM on 31st March 2016 unless extended by the Promoter in its absolute discretion (Competition Period).
