Competition entry form appeared as a pop-up when I visited the site, but T&C's state that entry can be gained by signing up to the mailing list
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period, join the Plush Family mailing list by:
Visiting www.plush.com.au/competition and completing the online entry form.
In order to fully complete their entry, eligible entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, date of birth, current address, email address, phone number and showroom of preference. Answers to the questions must be submitted in English.
Entrants must be aged over the age of 18 and currently reside in Australia.
Multiple entries are not permitted. For verification and security purposes only one entry is permitted per email address.
The promotional period commences at 12:01am on Friday February 12, 2016 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday April 25, 2016.
The winner will be randomly drawn at 10am on Thursday April 28 2016 at Plush – Think Sofas Clayton Support Office, Level 1, 121 Rayhur St, Clayton South.
The prize includes two $500 VISA Gift Cards.
Total maximum prize value is AUD$1000 (Recommended Retail Price including GST). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

I got an email with a cmail link to confirm my details for the mailing list but that then just redirected to the Plush home page. Sounds like I should have ended up on http://www.plush.com.au/joinfamily.html. Oh well, too bad.
Not the first time I've seen competitions with entry forms that don't conform to their own T&C's -
I only see fields for first name and email address. Let's assume it's just incompetence.
