So I just saw that an eBay transaction for $200 has appeared on my CashRewards account (with a $2.50 credit). The thing is, this isn't a transaction I've made, and I've checked my eBay, PayPal and credit card transactions to make sure my account has not been hacked. Has anyone had this happen to them? What do I do?
I had this happen to me and it eventually corrected itself.
You might of got my cashback, mine only seem to go through half the time.
and i find its the $5 transactions that you get cashback, but mysteriously the $300 transaction you DON'T get back

I don't see a problem. CR give back 1.25% for eBay and 1.25% of 200 is 2.50.
Clearly you didn't read that clear…that was not a transaction OP made…

I agree.Never report it to CR says it is not my purchase.If you report this issue,CR gets it for free and they will not find the correct customer anyway.But if you feel guilty to have it,just donate it to charity fund.
