From the T&Cs

• Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Promotion commences on 15/02/2016 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 15/04/2016 ("Promotional Period").

• To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit http://neighbours.new-caledonia.com.au/ or www.new-caledonia.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, residential address and a valid email address), and submit the fully completed entry form (“Initial Entry”).

• Following completion of the Initial Entry, individuals will also have the opportunity to earn one (1) additional entry by completing the Instagram Treasure Hunt. To complete the Instagram Treasure Hunt, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
  visit http://neighbours.new-caledonia.com.au/ and follow the prompts to be directed to the Promoter’s Instagram account;
  start and fully complete the Treasure Hunt;
  once an entrant has completed the Treasure Hunt, they will receive a code, which will be displayed on the Promoter’s Instagram account (“Code”); entrants must then
  visit http://neighbours.new-caledonia.com.au/, fully complete the online entry form (including their full name, post code, a valid email address and the Code) and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received within the Promotional Period (“Additional Entry”).

• Entrants who fully complete the above Additional Entry will receive one (1) additional entry only. Each entrant can only complete the Additional Entry once.

• Only one (1) Initial Entry and only one (1) Additional Entry permitted per person.

• The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 5, 492 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 at 10:00am AEST on 11/04/2016. Anisimoff Legal on behalf of the Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name will be published online at http://neighbours.new-caledonia.com.au from 14/04/2016. • The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) people to Noumea, New Caledonia, valued at up to AU$3,000 depending on date and point of departure (“Prize”). The Prize includes:
  return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city out of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to Noumea, New Caledonia with Aircalin (or another airline, as determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion) for two (2) people;
  return transfers from the Noumea airport to accommodation for two (2) people;
  Five (5) nights accommodation at Ramada Hotel & Suites Noumea in a one bedroom apartment for two including buffet breakfast everyday;
  Return transfers from Noumea to New Caledonia Deva Spa & Golf Resort in Bourail;
  Two (2) nights at Sheraton New Caledonia Deva Spa & Golf Resort in a traditional room with breakfast for two; and
  One (1) night at Le Meridien Noumea in a classic room with breakfast for two.

• Any cost associated with travel to/from the departure airport (i.e. Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane) will be the responsibility of the winner and will not be borne by the Promoter. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 13/04/2017 and is subject to booking and hotel/flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods
