  • Would love to see a free shipping deal on the tasting pack (and even on the pack itself).

No offence to your company as I have never tried it, however after trying compatible pods from different suppliers time and time again I find myself going back to the original just to wash the nasty taste out of my mouth (along with the fact the price is not that much more per pod with them).

I am willing to give companies like yours a taste test, but $9 for the tasting pack and around $7 shipping seems to be too high for a risk (and although I like tea every blue moon, am mainly in it for the coffee, which equates to only 4 pods in that pack) so even if it came with free shipping I may think twice about paying even $9.

Just putting that out there.. If your product was good and fellow ozbargainers were able to at least try the coffee pods at a cheap price (including shipping) or even just pay shipping, then it would either make for repeat business on a large scale (and beyond with word of mouth) or if it is nasty like others, then you lose a little from production costs but at least gave it a go.

    thats my 2 cents.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Regarding the tasting pack, we gave over 200 free tasting pack during Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep giving stuff for free all the time. I understand your point of view, there is a lot of rubbish around. The only thing that I can say is that if you have ever tried an authentic Italian espresso, this is what you would get buying ours. Our coffee comes from Turin, we come from Turin, we know what a real espresso is and I have never even considered to buying original (watery) Nespresso coffee.

      • Your welcome, and I understand you can not give away things for free.
I appreciate you have a business to run.
I wish you all the best and hopefully other ozbargainers will jump in and give you a go :)

ps. even though it does not apply to me specifically as it turned out, I appreciate you offering up the 10% discount here.

  • Massive packs. What made you decide to sell in packs of 100 only? I don't even buy my nespresso pods in orders of 100 (and get a mix of strengths/tastes, breakfast coffee, afternoon etc), which I couldn't do with you guys, without ordering 200 pods at least at once. Same goes with the tea, and usually people keep a wider variety of tea at home, which would mean buying 100's of pods to have a few different flavours.

I'd be willing to try your coffee, but with only packs of 100 pods of coffee (and tea) available, I have to say I won't, which is shame. Not going to neg you guys, but I'd seriously suggest you'd be losing some sales not selling smaller packs (eg 25s at least).

    Added packs of 30!

    • Thanks for taking the feedback on board and so quickly! Will look at giving you guys a try. I did check out your FAQ, you still say get a FREE sampling pack (which you said was all gone) and you claim Nespresso pods aren't recycled (sighting Wikipedia). I'm pretty sure this is not the case, given their large recycling program (and the video they run in stores that shows the recycling process). The aluminium is melted down and re-used (at least that's what they show). Just incase this was made ages ago, before they had that.

Smaller packs are definitely much better.

  • Can get 10 Packs for about $5 at Coles or Wollies and for a few different brands, anyone tried these and know if they're worth the extra moola?

I only resort to the Coles/Woolies ones when I run out of Nespresso caps. Haven't found any yet that much Nespresso. Might give these a try, at least a sample pack. Shipping's ok as well, so worth a go.

  • Hopefully they go alright. I'm fresh onto the pod scene, have tried most of the Nespresso ones but only a few others.
