Had a purchase from Toy Galaxy via Cashrewards which was not tracked, have opened a service inquiry with CashRewards and attached invoice as requested.
Supposed to receive a response within 3 days, case was opened on the 7th Feb.
Anyone comment on how long they usually take to respond? There is no contact number for me to followup with CA directly.
Only had to contact them once, but the initial human response (confirmation of my query) only took a few hours, and the next e-mail (requesting further information) took 24hrs.
