I was there in their store at Southern cross DFO Melbourne CBD
Found all their summer clearance items marked at further 70% discount from already reduced prices

Eg
Van heusen ever cool suit jacket reduced to 7.5$ from $80
Lot of t shirts and shorts scanned at $2.10 from $7
Jeremy street shirts reduced to $9 from $89

It is running out fast and stock and sizes may be limited

Leather belts reduced from 39$ to 10.5$

  I went to one last year, can be hit and miss depending on store location. I've seen Versace 5xl suits for under a $100 (khaki colour) diesel 27 inch jeans for $30 but was like a pair that sold on eBay for $120 odd. Also good for active wear and last seasons Ben Sherman, Lee, mossimo and mid tier brands for under $20. This was at Browns Plains, Brisbane which is a mid to low decile area. I've been to a branch in Hope Island in the Gold Coast that had less quality stock and was more expensive.
