This drink Doesn't taste to bad compared to some.
If a company Made a nice tasting energy drink with Naturally Fruit sugar, adequate caffeine , Nothing artificial and a good round of daily vitamins. They would Snap a piece of the market straight away !

Ahhhh… No. A company would have to release it at a very high price because of its high costs. Vitamin water is available and look at its high pricing, imagine something completely natural. The niche would be way too small to make reasonable profits.

You want a fruit juice + energy drink, Rockstar. They have a heap of fruit juice ones, they taste great. Same price as the rest of them.

Oh. So you're talking about a 5% fruit drink, fanta has been available for years. Then again, that fruit is actually the peel of the fruit. And the rockstar juice tastes like any other soft drink rubbish, like that over concentrated fanta mother. You tell me the price of something that has a bit more quality like V8 juice and then tell me if its cheap.

For those people who want to give it a try before commiting to a six pack, Woolworths (in SA atleast) have 2 for the price of 1 single cans till today (2 for $2.50 save $2.48 or something).
In my opinion, wicked is the worst tasting drink i've tried and i've tried a fair few. Just my personal taste, but good deal if u like the taste.
Tastes the same as mother or redbull IMO, to me its all in the head.
You could also say that Coke, Pepsi and LA Ice taste the same, but you'd be wrong. :)
I drink the Wicked every now and then at work when I need an energy kick, but only because it's cheap. The 2 for $2.50 woolworths special (still on for another week or 2 I believe) makes it cheaper than a can of V/redbull, and it gets me through the night if I hadn't slept that day (I work nights).
That said, I'm not a huge fan of it as it seems overly sweet, never payed attention but the sugar levels must be through the roof. Usually just down a 375ml quickly every few hours so taste doesn't usually play a part.
This is a good drink for the price. I drink a bit of it, quite like the flavour. Has taurine and caffeine. It does have a lot of sugar in it, but sugar = energy, so that's kind of the reason I'm drinking it in the first place! I can't stand the energy drinks with artificial sweetener (eg Monster and that one Bingle and Clarke were flogging), they taste terrible. Woolies are often running the 2 for the price of 1 deals on this drink, which is when I stock up. This deal is essentially the same as that but you have to buy 3 cans. Would be good if you could combine the two deals.. ie buy 3 cans, get 6 cans for free :-)
There's far more caffeine in a short or long black than an energy drink, it's all marketing and has the same sugar as normal softdrink. The only one I've found that had more sugar was Rockstar Guava.
If I could get a decent long black at 2/4am in the morning close to work believe me, I would.
Nescafe instant just doesn't cut it.Thats why you purchase an espresso machine, stick some Lavazza in it and preset it to the time just before you leave.
Actually, according to Wikipedia, there is more caffeine in a can of Wicked than an espresso coffee (116mg vs. 100mg). Of course, if you calculate it by volume, then an espresso has more. Personally, in hot weather, I'd rather have an energy drink than a coffee.
That's something I didnt consider :)
Australian made AND owned, tastes like the rest, why not?
