A new 20L Microwave from Kmart (now for $49). If you got 5 years out of the last one, I'd get another one!

Most other microwaves are going to start at or around the $100 mark. Kmart is pretty hard to beat for basic household electronics.

aldi does a nice aluminium one for $79 or thereabouts. decent return policy with them too. its the one id pick (although from memory we actually got our microwave second hand from gumtree, its a trooper, although we don't really use our microwave all that often these days anyway!)

EBay. I bought one for $1 3 years ago and it's still going strong.
