but then you run out of paper to print on and it costs probably about the same as a whole new device lol, permanent markers work just as good :P

  • Do these come with a "sample" roll or one/two full rolls of labels?

    • yes, in the back, I can see a roll. Paper White 12mm x 4m

Remind me of the Simpsons episode where Bart was given a label maker and was tagging everything with "Property of Bart Simpson".

    • Ha ha, and the last beer on the fridge!

    ABCD keyboard, not QWERTY. :(

So annoying to use, I've got one.

      • I just got the Dymo Labelmanager 160 for $30 down from $50 at woolies. Has QWERTY kb but uses D1 cartridges which is more expensive (but better quality labels).

  • Coles Ocean Grove [VIC] has about 4-5 of these left in stock (at the reduced to clear price)

  • Cheaper than they were in 2015 … The lowest price then was $17

  • will this print postage labels from say eBay or trans-direct?

    • No bud, this is a standalone label printer that prints in 4mm strips, it doesn't connect to your PC or any other device.

Standalone, prints on its 4mm wide paper in the device itself. Only good for naming things.

      • thank you for the reply.

  • $50 still here on the Sunshine Coast!

  • All Coles??

    • Not all Coles. i.e. Newtown is still $50 and they told me only the larger store with a lot of stock are clearing out.

  • my local coles has the rolls for $3.75 paper and iron on

  • To let people know, only the BLUE ones are discounted as they are an allocated seasonal item (Back to School), any BLACK ones instore will likely be full price ($50) as they are a year-round item.

  • Black one at Coles Richmond VIC $12.50
    Plastic roll $3.75
I think iron on roll was also there
Bought 1 last night so not sure how many still left but I think there were a couple of labellers left

  • I suggest you scan the price of a Blue Model if you see one at your local Coles store. At the local Coles here on the Sunshine Coast the price tag for a container of black and blue ones says $50. Grabbed a 'blue' one and scanned it separately, Bingo! $12-50!

  • Thanks for this post. My wife bought one of these at CostCo for $25 on the weekend. (I saw this post too late!) However, I told her to scan a blue one at her local Coles if she found one in stock. There happened to be one left in stock at the back of a bunch of black ones, which scanned for the grand sum of $1.

So it may be worth scanning any blue label makers you do find.
