Jetstar Price Beat - Hours for Price Beat

I tried to buy some price beat flights at around 11pm on the 10th of Feburary. And after waiting like 10-20 minutes for the chat window to load up. It closed suddenly and said there wasn't a agent on the other side.

Does the online Price Beat Agent have business working hours? Does anyone know?

      Maybe they were on a toilet break…..

      It must have been one mighty crap though if they weren't were still going after 10-20 minutes.
