  Can you open the account. Deposit the $500 then close the account by withdrawing the $550?

    $50 deposit shouldn't be received within 10 days after open an account so it is limited per a customer.

      Common sense? It can be done online, and so, if you have their ID documents etc. I thought that it might be possible to do it in person for them too.
