CD DVD Printer on AliExpress or Alibaba

  I've had 300+ orders with aliexpress. For the most part the major concern with buying something like a cd/DVD printer would be the warranty and/or return of the product to the seller. The cost would be high.

  I'd advise to buy locally just for the "return cost" reason.

    Thanks Altomic. The problems is these items are not available locally. Did you pay for your 300+ orders using PAYPAL?
    Is there any safe guards if the item never arrives?

      Aliexpress doesn't use paypal. I used 28degrees card. I never had a problem with it. Had a few counterfeit micro SD cards but by providing evidence - screen dumps of h2test outcomes- I received full refunds through their dispute resolutio .

      I have no qualms recommending aliexpress. The most important thing is to only buy through sellers with decent feedback.

      Safe guard against nondelivery. Yes, there is a 60 day delivery/ buyer protection. Usually at about day 50, if no item, then I initiate a dispute. Sellers usually provide a tracking number (especially large/expensive items).

  Hi. I have and use and Epson dvd duplicators and printers. I got them local.
  The one i use does 100 burns and prints.
  Has dual optical drive for burning and single printer but take 6 ink tanks

      Epson Discproducer PP-100AP Autoprinter
      You can get a 50 disc version.
      Dont use it all that often.
      But when i do never had any issues at all. Happy to help with any questions.
      I got ours through a government suplier.
      But you should be able to get one around the $2k mark.

        I duplicate and distribute creation dvds. It gets a bit monotonous printing one at a time. However after 10 years of printing dvds I still have not found a cheaper way.

        @Ron025:the Epson will be ideal for that. You can set batches and set it up. Very much set and forget

        There are few around the $2000 mark on ebay as you said. Thats a little more than I wanted to outlay. Does your disc printer have refillable ink containers or do you have to buy new cartridges?

  I have bought plenty from aliexpress, never something that expensive though.
  I also only buy from sellers with a good rating and the item has had plenty of buyers and left comments (and read the comments)
  This seller is only 94% and zero sales for the printer, I would stay clear of that one.

  Look local or maybe Amazon.

    Ok thanks for the advice. I will stay clear of that seller. The cd/dvd printer I need would have to be refillable ink tanks.
    The system Im using now costs ~2 cents a disc to print but a lot of my time goes into it.
    I will certainly check out Amazon.
