Online storage that doesnt scramble links?

I want to upload a small database that has 500 csv files

Sounds easy but my problem is that I want to access the files by their file name
i.e "www.storage.com/my_store/file_1.csv"
I have tried Googledrive and onedrive but both of these services scramble links

Does anyone have any suggestions? all up the files are only 100mb

    Get a hosting account for a few $ per month.

    Can't you use an FTP server?

    Dont know about direct link URLs but you could look at https://owncloud.org/
