I think you might need pop-ups enabled for this one (to log into facebook). Also, I couldn't get it to work in firefox, but it worked in Chrome
Grow your Magic Sakura and revel in its tranquility as you collect lanterns that are placed on its branches for the chance to win a trip to Japan!
Collect 50 lanterns for the chance to win the trip of a lifetime to explore the beauty of Japan for you and a friend.
Tips
Growing a Magic Sakura doesn’t happen all at once.
It takes at least a few days to collect enough lanterns to enter for the chance to win a trip to Japan.
Simply water and feed your Sakura as much as you can then return back each day to collect your lanterns.
A healthy tree is one that is watered and fed. Make sure your tree has as much water and food as possible; keep the indicator bars full!
When lanterns are hung on your Sakura you should collect them. The more lanterns that you collect, the more your score will rise and the quicker you’ll be able to enter to win a trip to Japan!

1day 11hrs only got 8 lanterns. 50 is easy to accomplish by 1st of march lol
It's THE MOST RIDICULOUS online competition I've ever seen.
It is EXTREMELY boring, stupid and treats participants like complete idiots.
Was created by a PSYCHOPATH who gets sick pleasure from causing the greatest level of annoyance to the largest number of people over the longest period of time.
Does not promote the brand - in fact it just makes people extremely angry at the brand.
Extremely bad marketing because the barrier to entry is so high that they may, if they are lucky, end up with a very small database from this competition.
So tourism Japan has spent big dollars creating this competition for very little ongoing benefit.
Makes me - after such a negative experience - want to travel elsewhere.
And after all that effort you still have to come up with 25 words to enter…
I find it both alarming and amazing that somebody has 178,000 points in this "game".
They won the "game" but lost at "life".
haha taking a while to grow my tree. 16hrs in about 20% of 2nd stage. no lanterns yet. and im planted on Mt Fuji-easiest of the four spots
